We did not see the sights of Rio de Janeiro at their pretty postcard best BUT it was still fantastic to have at least glimpsed the huge statue at the top of Corcovado even if we could not see the view from here due to cloud! Not much clearer at the Sugarloaf either but aren’t we lucky to be able to visit these famous spots.
